MOVIE SPOILER REVIEW!!
This is a good movie for younger kids and adults who like animated movies. Wall-E is a robot with a lot of emotions who has a pet cockroach. He lives alone on the remains of planet Earth and eventually meets and falls in love with the robot of his dreams. He is curious and loves to collect all the junk he finds.
There are a few parts that make you laugh, but no real side splitting hilarious parts. I wasn't disappointed in the movie but it wasn't as funny as was excepted it to be from the previews.
The movie has its fun parts, and the story is good. It has a sci-fi twist about a very far in the future way of life. People are so reliant on computers and robots to do all the work they just float around on hovering vehicles. They are all fat because they don't even walk around. Robots and computers make their food, clean, operate and run the entire ship.
The Earth had become uninhabitable and everyone left and drifted off in space for 700 years. Now the probes sent to earth have found proof that life can be sustained on Earth again and everyone gets to come home and start life on the planet again. With a little help from his friend EVA Wall-E makes this possible by defeating the evil computer that is stopping the humans from returning to earth. Together they find, protect and deliver the plant that proves life can survive on earth again. Along the way Wall-E falls in love with EVA and EVA the same with Wall-E. Through the ups and downs and with some bumps and dents Wall-E and his trigger finger happy girlfriend save the day.
